Brown Harris Stevens
Corporate Emails
At Brown Harris Stevens, we host a variety of internal events that foster connection across offices—from company-wide gatherings to regional and office-specific experiences. A few examples include: Rosé Wednesday brings together agents from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the Hamptons for a rooftop summer social, where I transformed our branding wall into a synchronized visual display to enhance the atmosphere. 445 Perk: Lattes & Legends features guest speakers and an in-office Joe Coffee barista, while the Hamptons House Tour offers select agents an exclusive look at luxury listings, followed by intimate group tours. We also host a Summer Zoo Party, closing off part of the Central Park Zoo for employees to relax and celebrate the season.
For all of these events, in addition to designing the digital visuals, I create and manage the email invitations using ActiveCampaign, leveraging our corporate-use CRM to segment and target the appropriate internal audiences. I coordinate all email sends and follow-ups—often sending on behalf of executives and the CEO—and maintain RSVP logs via Google Forms. This ensures seamless communication with the Vice President of Broker Services or any other executive involved, allowing for accurate headcounts for catering, beverages, and overall event planning.
Beyond event communications, I also manage a range of internal email campaigns that support engagement, operations, and culture across the company. These include announcements for in-person and Zoom-based trainings, as well as launches of our branded swag store—a program I spearheaded and continue to manage, overseeing product selection, store logistics, and the design of high-end embroidered merchandise and accessories for agents and staff. I also developed and implemented a custom welcome email for new hires, providing a curated breakdown of key information to streamline onboarding—a solution I identified and created proactively to help new employees feel informed and supported from day one.
