I was the driving force behind the creation of Brown Harris Stevens' entire consumer email marketing lineup—an initiative that previously didn’t exist at the company. It all began with Curated Listings of the Week, a themed property roundup designed to engage prospective buyers in a more creative, lifestyle-driven way. Themes range from the straightforward—like waterfront homes or pet-friendly listings—to more imaginative, timely concepts, such as homes inspired by the colors of the Pride flag in June or those that channel the personalities of Gilmore Girls characters. This initiative has since expanded into monthly special editions, including the Rental Edition, Luxe Collection, Townhouse Collection, and more.

I also conceptualized and named The Line, our weekly market insights newsletter featuring data and trends from our in-house economists. I developed the visual identity to strike a balance between the serious nature of the content and a more approachable tone, using custom illustrations that reflect each issue’s theme. I now manage a team responsible for the ongoing design and buildout of each edition, ensuring visual consistency and timely delivery.

Additionally, I produce a biweekly email promoting new episodes from our in-house podcast network, MORE (Mastery of Real Estate). This email is sent to over 30,000 agents at external real estate firms and serves as a soft recruitment tool, helping to spark interest and initiate conversations around joining BHS.

On the backend, I built our ActiveCampaign CRM from the ground up—now supporting over 67,000 segmented subscribers, running multiple engagement automations, and featuring a reimagined lead scoring system tailored specifically for agent recruitment.
