New York Musical
Theatre Festival

I oversaw the production of all marketing collateral for the 20-day festival that featured over 30 original musicals across multiple venues throughout New York City. Promotional assets included eye-catching street pole banners and phone kiosk ads strategically placed in high-traffic areas such as Times Square, the Upper West Side, and the Upper East Side, running both in the lead-up to and during the festival.

To ensure a seamless experience for attendees and staff, I developed a color-coded ID system to clearly distinguish staff, board members, patrons, and participants. Festival-branded merchandise—ranging from t-shirts and flasks to wall banners and reusable cups—was also designed and made available for purchase, helping to extend the brand’s visibility and engagement.

A major highlight was the production of a comprehensive 37-page Playbill, complete with a fold-out center spread that mapped out the full festival schedule—including shows, concerts, readings, and special events—alongside a citywide venue guide.

On the digital side, I maintained and regularly updated the NYMF website with dynamic content such as ad placements (often managing the creative process end-to-end), homepage hero graphics, blog posts, press mentions, social feeds, and event highlights—ensuring audiences stayed informed and engaged throughout the festival.
